Do I need gym experience?+
No. Most of my clients start from scratch. The programme is built from your current level — whether beginner or advanced.
How does online training work?+
Every week you receive a training plan tailored to you, with videos for each exercise. I'm with you day to day through messages and, every week, we adjust the plan together — so you keep moving forward.
How soon will I see results?+
Most clients feel a difference in the first 3–4 weeks. Visible results typically appear between 6 and 12 weeks, depending on goals and consistency.
Do I need a gym or can I train at home?+
You can train in both settings. I adapt the plan to the equipment you have available — gym, home or outdoors.
How do I start? Is there any initial commitment?+
You start with a free physical assessment, no commitment. We talk about your goals, I assess your starting point and only then do we decide together the best path forward.
